CACAO CEREMONIES
What is a Cacao Ceremony?
The use of Cacao can be tracked back thousands of years to the Mayans and then the Aztecs. Cacao has a long and rich history as the "Medicine of the Gods" and was even used as currency and traded in dowries. Low in caffeine, this heart opening medicine will increase your awareness (think: a cup of coffee, just soft and smooth, no jitters...) offers a noticeable opening and feeling of expansion. Ceremonies include movement, Breathwork, guidance, and integration. |
INTEGRATIONIntegration & Consciousness. Sometimes expansion requires a little extra TLC....
What's it like to expand consciousness? Anybody who’s lost themselves in a yoga class or meditation, in a daydream that led to the answer to a question they’ve been asking themselves, on a long run, or in a variety of other ways, understands the wisdom that can be accessed just from relaxing into a flow state. On the one hand, it's easy. It just happens! On the other hand, we don't always know when those moments of clarity and insight will happen.... It IS possible to expand our consciousness at will. Breathwork can take us to the place where we have our own answers. Oftentimes, it is helpful to have a guide to help with the integration after accessing pockets of wisdom. |
GUIDED REGRESSIONSWhat is time, anyway? Have you ever had the experience of remembering moment or an event from your childhood in a dream (or even a daydream?). Have you ever had an A HA moment as a result of that experience that helps to explain oh so much?
GUIDED REGRESSIONS allow for deep relaxation. You will achieve the post yoga "Sivasana" stage where you are alert, aware, but dreamily relaxed. I'll guide you to explore something you've identified. Together, we will look for answers to behavior or relationship patterns, health situations, or other questions you have. Accessing the subconscious while bending time (something we do every single night while we sleep) can provide profound answers to current life questions. |
